
In order to really utilize the amazing potential that Breathwork has to offer, it is advisable to have a series of private sessions over a short period of time, and really make the breath a part of your life. Take it as an opportunity for transformation, change and an opportunity to look inside.
We have found that it takes about 5 – 6 sessions for the breath to become fully opened and connected. Once the breathing pattern is fully opened and connected, anybody is able to give themselves a “self-session” once a week or whenever there is a need for a session. As well as the daily “100 breaths of Joy”
This modality seeks to inspire and empower individuals to be able to use your own breath for your own healing and purifying. So it is a great idea to go for private sessions but it is a much better idea to learn to do it yourself. In this way you are the captain of your own boat.
Suggestions to consider for this Process:
- Jean-Pierre suggest to commit to the full 5 session program it is a very normal phenomena for stuff to come up during such a process but the completion will create a greater sense of integration.
- It is best to space the first three sessions about seven days apart to have a sense of continuation. The last two sessions can be two weeks apart from each other.
