Facts about Breath

Our whole human experience happens between a first breath and last breath and therefore nothing is as present and necessary as breathing.

You can survive without eating for about 3 weeks and some days without water and sleep. But for most of us we can only last without breathing for a few minutes. A healthy breath is essential for a healthy life.

Generally speaking we know that before Inspirational Breathwork people are using less then 30% of the respiratory system and therefore receive only small part of the possible life force.

So keep in mind that it’s the breath that makes the miracle and mystery of living possible to begin with as the oxygen that we breathe is the most important nutrient and source of energy for our cells. As our everyday breathing pattern is unconsciously managed by our subconscious we can consciously influence this, making the breath an excellent tool to consciously influence, activate and clear our subconscious mind.
