The full day workshop is a really great way to experience the Inspirational Breathwork Process.
the Day Includes:
- The day usually starts at 9:00 with an introduction to the ideal Inspirational Breathing Pattern (full and deep diaphragmatic breath).
- Then the trainer gives an explanation of how the breathing effects the body and how to stay with the breath as well as how the breathing affects people on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels.
- After a short tea break there will be a full breathing session, which is fully facilitated. Even though this is a group workshop there is usually a ratio of 4 participants per facilitator.
- You will learn and experience the 100 breaths of joy which is a 5 minute breathing exercise to incorporate into your daily routine, ensuring that your breath remains open and full.
- The group is then introduced to self enquiry and the power of intention. Participants will each have a unique intention for the second breathing session allowing the energy of the breath to focus on a specific aspect of your life and effect balance and integration.
- At the closing of the workshop you are given a 100 breaths of Joy CD to take home which will remind you how to keep your breath open and flowing on a daily basis.
Please Note:
This one day workshops stand in it self and no previous Breathwork experience is required. And the 2 sessions experienced in the day also count towards the 5 sessions need to open and activate the breath.
It is essential to book for this workshop in order to secure the ideal participant to facilitator ratio.
