Private Session format

Highly recommended is to start your process with a private Inspirational Breathwork session. During the session the facilitator gives full attention to the individual’s breathing pattern and state. This is a highly personalised session where we explore a myriad of sensations, some of which may involve images, thoughts, sounds, colours, physical sensations and other things.

One learns deep diaphragmatic techniques that are used to counter any feelings of discomfort. Jean-Pierre is a skilled facilitator who has experienced sufficient training to provide a loving, secure environment in which the breather is safely held.

As a breathworker Jean-Pierre, offers guidance, support and safety and gives instructions and suggestions to support your physical, mental and emotional process. In order to move in and trough the process with great understanding and ease, so that the breath can become more open and more clear.

A single session of Inspirational Breathwork last about one hour, however the total session including the introduction time before and closing time after a session usually last about 90min. During the first session there will be an in-depth explanation of the breathing pattern and how to use the different elements of Inspirational Breathwork. From the second session onwards at the beginning of each session there is a short laser intention coaching to clarify the intention of the session. Intention is a powerful way of using the breath to clear specific areas of our life.

Inspirational Breathwork is a self healing modality and it has been found that it takes up to about 5 sessions (within a workshop or during private sessions) for the breathing pattern to be open and connected.
In terms of frequency it is a good idea have three weekly sessions and a further two fortnightly sessions, this program which is also referred to as ‘Re-claim your Breath’ is a great way to make sure that you have a full and open breathing pattern. Once the breath is open anybody is able to treat themselves to a self-session once a week or when it is necessary and can join the Self session groups.

After the second session you will receive a CD called “100 Breaths of Joy CD” which allows you to practice this way of cleaning, purifying and aligning, for 10-15 minutes in the morning or in the evening as a way to prepare for the next sessions and keep the breathe open.
